Desk Review
I changed the type of response that question 3 of section two required to be more inclusive. The question originally required you to select one option provided but I changed it so you could choose multiple answers which would give me more specific demographics. I also added instructions for the questions and added in the first section a sentence stating that the survey is anonymous so people feel as if they can be more honest while answering questions in the survey.
